Delivery & transport
We deliver the ordered goods to your address as soon as possible. Depending on the stock level and production planning, our sales team will confirm delivery date within one business day after receiving your order.
Depending on your needs, we can arrange transport for you or you can send a transport company for pick-up. Please contact us for more information on pick-up times for our warehouse or for special delivery quotations to your address.
The transportation cost will be added automatically onto your order, depending on your location and as agreed on your sales conditions.

Standard products can be returned at your own expense and in its original packaging within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please note that we’ll charge 15% of your invoice from the credit note for handling in our warehouse and administrational fee. To return the unused items, please contact our sales office on +3253662828 or via email@example.com to advise them of your return. When sending back the products, please include the original delivery note. It will take up to 7 working days for this to be processed.
Note: nonstandard products such as customer specific colours, logos and designs, are not being refunded.
